Babolat Y 112 Smart Kit

The Babolat Y 112 is a premier tennis racquet built for beginner and intermediate players at the 2.5 level and above. It is a remake of the original Babolat Y 112, in that it adds along a Smart Grip that makes it much easier to grip and hold onto for extended periods of time.

Like its original, it relies on Babolat’s Side Drivers technology, which delivers a stiffer construction by connecting the yoke and head—thereby resulting in optimized power and precision. Note also that the Smart Kit hosts a bi-material construction with high modulus graphite for the yoke (greater power) and crystal graphite for the head (torque resistance). Included also is a Cellular Grommet System with fully integrated 360-degree positioning, which creates a more consistent and balanced energy absorption at ball impact. Overall, the Babolat Y 112 Smart Kit is built especially for players with  a medium-length swing who also want the grip, feel, comfort, and stability offered by the Smart Grip.
