It features Babolat's Cortex System which filters and dampens vibrations for better feel of the ball. It includes GT technology which utilizes graphite and tungsten fibers in the frame construction to increase the energy recovery. The Pure Drive Roddick has Babolat's built-in woofer, allowing the frame and strings to interact during impact for better control. The racquet is available in an extended version as well as a junior model.
